Midlands employers who are struggling to find good quality sales, marketing and creative job seekers should look to specialist recruiters for assistance. Except we didn’t say this, these are the findings of a recent joint survey by the CBI and accountants KPMG. The research, conducted recently discovered that 40% of the Midlands businesses are having problems recruiting the right Sales, Marketing Creative talent.
